The Umar and Correctional Medical Care Future Health Leaders of America Scholarship was created in 2013 to support students and aid them in unlocking their full potential. Emre and Maria Umar are passionate about helping the next generation of medical professionals pursue their education and assisting with the financial barriers that accompany higher education. The Fund has awarded multiple scholarships each year for the last decade.
